Dosage of  Vendep XR 75 Tablet:

The usual starting dose for depression and anxiety is 75mg, taken once daily. Your doctor may increase the dose to 150 mg daily after two weeks. Panic attacks: The usual starting dose is 37.5 mg once daily for the first 4 to 7 days, then 75 mg once daily or as your doctor directs.
