Description:
Sofvasc-HCT (10/60/12.5) addresses hypertension and cardiac edoema. Nephrotic Syndrome treatment. Indicated for essential hypertension as substitute therapy in adults whose blood pressure is satisfactorily managed on amlodipine, valsartan, and hydrochlorothiazide (hct), given as three single-component formulations or as a dual-component and a single-component formulation. The fixed-combination medicine isn’t recommended for hypertension treatment.
The combination of Amlodipine, valsartan, and hydrochlorothiazide (Onato HCT) is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).

Mechanism of Action:
The Drug Amlodipine belongs to the calcium channel antagonist class and valsartan is also an antagonist II class and hydrochlorothiazide belongs to the diuretic class. This combination makes this product very effective.

Side Effects:
