Vonolia 20mg Tablets: Vonoprazan inhibits the production of lactic acid by competing with potassium (PCAB). Since the stomach parietal cell’s proton pump is the hydrogen/potassium-adenosine triphosphate (H+/K+-ATPase) enzyme system, this substance blocks acid generation by preventing K ions from attaching to the enzyme.
